The main problem we’re looking to solve is consolidation. We were using multiple companies, multiple platforms that we wanted to consolidate with a single provider. We were dealing with inefficiencies. It took more people, more hours, to accomplish less than what they can do with a consolidated platform.

[Chris Vandrei]

Before IntelePeer, I wore all the hats to five or six different platforms that we had to touch. The consolidation of services through IntelePeer, I didn’t have to wear these hats anymore. We transitioned in our services and duties here at Life Storage and I became director – so our telecom team is now managing all those systems under one roof.

The team we work with really seems to care about how things are going with IntelePeer, the service they’re providing for us, any issues we’re having working through them. We meet on a regular basis and you can tell that they value our business with them from the top on down. We’ve had discussions with the CEO made us feel comfortable – down to the group that we meet with on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis. You can just tell that they care about Life Storage as a customer.

[Chris Vandrei]

Their support is fantastic. Their management service is fantastic. Everyone we talk to is an expert on everything they do.

[Jeff O’Donnell]

The people we work with have made us feel good about doing business with IntelePeer. You know you need to feel good about the team you’re going to work with if you want to expand with that company. I’d say, it’s allowed us to do more with less.

[Chris Vandrei]

The ease of use, the support, and the time that it takes to implement. The no-coding, which is something that we never had before. You still can code, but you don’t have to get things up and running. You don’t have to be a voice engineer if you will to get something off the ground.
