My name is Paul Sissom. I’m the VP of IT infrastructure at BDF Law Group.

[Ron Llewellyn]

My name is Ron Llewellyn. I’m the EVP of solution delivery for BDF Law Group. BDF Law Group is based in Addison, Texas. We have six offices throughout the U.S. We are primarily a default law company. That means we process foreclosures, bankruptcies, eviction litigations, or mortgage companies.

[Paul Sissom]

We had a short deadline to be able to put a solution in place for California Senate Bill 1079. We had roughly 30 days to try to get a solution implemented for that.

[Ron Llewellyn]

Cisco was the vendor that recommended IntelePeer and when we engaged with the IntelePeer we asked for a proof of concept because we knew we had to make a decision fairly quick and we wanted to kind of see the Atmosphere product in action.

[Paul Sissom]

From a cloud point of view, all of the options that we needed were available and so it was a matter of just kind of bundling them together to kind of come up with the solution that we required and then go through the process of integrating that with our internal case management system. It was really interesting how the Atmosphere platform made it something that somebody who didn’t have a lot of understanding of the telecom background, which is more describes Ron as well as somebody who didn’t have a background in development which would be me, could kind of like go into this platform and put a solution in place pretty quick. It’s very drag and drop oriented in terms of the interface and the different options that you can configure and it made it relatively simple to go in and create workflows and set up functions and specific things like remote calls that we had to do to a database in order to retrieve data that allowed us to provide the solution that we needed to.

I would recommend IntelePeer because they are very easy to work with and they’ve been a very dependable platform for us.

[Ron Llewellyn]

What stood out most about IntelePeer was probably the flexibility and the ownership that was there. I see other opportunities with this as we continue to grow our business but the simplicity of it, the configurability of it, and the robustness of it – I mean it’s been up 24 hours seven days a week without us missing a beat.
