Infrastructure subprocessors – Service-related data storage
IntelePeer owns or controls access to the infrastructure that IntelePeer uses to host service-related data submitted to IntelePeer connected with Atmosphere CPaaS (“Applicable Services”), other than as set forth below. Currently, the IntelePeer production systems for the Applicable Services are primarily located in co-location facilities in the United States and Europe. Customer accounts are established in one of these regions based on where the Customer is located; the Customer’s service-related data subsequently remains in that region unless agreed between Customer and IntelePeer, but may be shifted among data centers region to ensure performance and availability of the Applicable Services. The following table describes the countries and legal entities engaged by IntelePeer in the storage of service-related data.
