San Mateo, CA – July 14, 2021 – IntelePeer, a leading Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) provider, bolsters its channel engagement strategy with the launch of its Channel Partner Advisory Council. Comprised of a cross-section of business and channel partner types, each with unique customer knowledge, the Council includes value added resellers (VARs), master agents, agents and system integrators across a range of industries including healthcare, workforce technology, cloud computing, contact center, cybersecurity and telecommunications.
Through bi-directional engagement, the Channel Partner Advisory Council will discuss market trends, customer insights, product development and marketing, sales engagement, and market forecasts. The open and cooperative conversation of the forum will ensure IntelePeer’s product, program and marketing strategy and initiatives align with customer and channel partner needs. The inaugural membership group includes executives from some of the world’s leading channel partners.

Membership in the Channel Partner Advisory Council is a two-year commitment. The Council conducts two formal meetings per year, the first of which is a virtual event on July 15, 2021, followed by an in-person meeting at the Channel Partners Conference and Expo in November. Beyond the structured meetings, IntelePeer will facilitate additional interactions and engagement.
