IntelePeer COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Partners & Customers:

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, maintaining a healthy and safe workplace and ensuring business continuity for our partners and customers are our top priorities. We want to assure you that IntelePeer is adhering to guidance from regional/local health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). Outlined below are the policies that IntelePeer has implemented to maintain the high level of customer service that our partners and customers expect, and reduce the risk of exposure for our employees. 

Service Continuity
IntelePeer will continue to operate as business as usual and during regular business hours. Rest assured that your service will remain uninterrupted due to our cloud-based platform and triple-redundant communications network. We have contingency plans in place for every group and office that we are prepared to put into place based on the virus severity level within the local area. We have asked employees that work out of one of our three office locations to work from home as a precaution. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) will continue to operate 24x7x365 to provide technical support and proactively monitor our communications network.

Internal Policies
We have recommended that all employees follow the guidelines provided by the CDC, and have implemented the following internal policies to reduce the risk of exposure and transmission:

  • Non-essential travel is being halted
  • Self-quarantining for 14 days after personal or business travel is expected
  • In-office meetings with non-IntelePeer employees are being minimized
  • Hiring interviews will be conducted via video or phone conferencing
  • Employee in-office days are being limited
  • Employees that have someone at home with flu symptoms are not to come into the office, and employees with flu symptoms upon arrival or who become sick during the workday will be promptly sent home
