Propel your communications strategy with templates for Atmosphere SmartFlows – Available now!

Pop the champagne – templates are now available in Atmosphere SmartFlows! What does this mean for you? It means less time building flows and more time delighting your customers. Templates allow users to save time by using pre-built flows to expedite the process of building commonly used flows.

Here’s how it works: Navigate to the main Flows page, click the “Add New” button and select “Template”.

A pop-up will appear with a list of templates that the IntelePeer team has created. Select which template best fits the process you want to automate.

The flow you’ve selected will appear on your board as “TemplateName_copy”. Once the template has loaded, you can customize it by adding or removing actions, changing the path of the flow, and editing the configurations of each action.

We’ve taken a few of the most common use cases we
see with our customers and created some templates to get you started! Here are
two of the templates you will find in Atmosphere SmartFlows:

Call-In Survey

Let’s say you have a customer service line dedicated to collecting
customer feedback. This flow is an easy way to streamline the feedback process.
It starts with a customer calling in and being prompted to give feedback.
Speech recognition will transfer it into text and analyze the tone and
sentiment. Depending on the sentiment, the customer will hear that they will be
sent a coupon after the call and have the option to stay on the line to talk to
a rep. If they are happy, a message will play thanking them for the feedback
and letting them know they have been entered into a contest for participating. If
the sentiment is negative, they will be transferred to a representative and
sent a coupon code after they end their call.

Incoming SMS with Multiple Entries

Do you use SMS for contest entries? What about surveys or coupon
redemption? This flow is perfect for you to better engage with your customers
and get your message out faster!  A
customer can text in a keyword. Based on that keyword, they will receive a
specific response back from Atmosphere SmartFlows. For example, you could run
a trivia contest with four possible answers. Users can text in their guess and
receive a coupon code if they’re correct, and a “we’re sorry” message when
they’re wrong.

There are so many possibilities with templates.
