Spring has sprung! The days are finally getting longer, and we decided to take advantage of the extra daylight to build some new and exciting features. We’ve heard from customers that list management is one of the more time-consuming and tedious tasks while building and initiating campaigns. To streamline the list management process, a brand-new tool and four new Atmosphere SmartFlows® actions have been added to Atmosphere® CPaaS!
The Lists tool makes adding, managing, and updating lists a breeze. Now, all your lists will live in one place on the portal where you can make quick updates without having to open a whole other tool.
You’ll see a “Lists” tab added to your current tools like Insights and SmartFlows. Here, you’ll be able to manage your contacts and add lists all in one place.
Need to utilize or update lists from your CRM, billing system, or other software? There will be added API functionality to allow you to make sure all your lists are up to date.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be Atmosphere® if we weren’t creating opportunities for automation…
Four brand new actions were added to Atmosphere SmartFlows® to allow you to automate most of the list management process. Now you can build flows to update your lists as contacts change their preferences, move to new locations, buy new products, etc.
List Lookup – allows a user to look up items in a list by matching a value to a chosen field and retrieve the item(s) as variables.
Add List Item – automatically adds a new entry to a list.
Delete List Item – automatically a deletes a list item.
Update List Item – automatically updates a list item.
