The industry’s first communications platform as a service (CPaaS) no-code and low-code marketplace has three new features. First, the Advanced Customization (Unhook) is the first of its kind enabling you to tailor any Marketplace application to your needs. Second, our new Business Continuity Planning app automatically handles disconnected calls to provide a better customer experience. Finally, two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security for employees and customers.

Advanced Customization (Unhook) feature for custom workflows

We’ve made no-code applications easy – there are no developer skills needed for some of the most high-demand automated solutions. And now you can tailor these apps by “unhooking” and editing them to fit your business needs in SmartFlows.

Advanced Customization works by exporting a configured no-code application to SmartFlows. From there, you can edit the flow:

  • Add more actions
  • Update automation instructions
  • Integrate with specific apps, systems, or business processes

Non-developers can still manage a workflow, too. With Unhooking, there are more options. If you’d like to make an advanced customization, without taking on the development yourself, our Managed Solutions team can help.

Business Continuity Planning application for emergencies

Need a back-up plan? How about three? The Business Continuity Planning app helps handle disconnections, power outages, staff fluctuations, network interruptions, and more. A disconnection triggers the app to help maintain business continuity and provide a good customer experience. Once triggered, the app will:

  1. Log the call attempt and notify a contact of your choice, like a call center manager
  2. Transfer the call to a secondary number
  3. If that transfer fails, the app will log the failed attempt and notify your contact
  4. Transfer the call to a tertiary number
  5. If that transfer fails, it will log the failed attempt and notify your contact
  6. Then it’ll offer the caller options to leave a voice message or get a call back later

With three numbers, callers should experience a seamless transition. Plus, the back-up options keep the lines of communication open. This app is especially helpful for essential services and organizations that want to provide great customer service.

No-code two-factor authentication app for security

Two-factor authentication is now a part of Marketplace. Enhance security for your employees and customers by adding 2FA along with a standard username and password login.

Integrate the no-code 2FA app with other systems your business and customers already use. Whether in healthcare, finance, or retail, adding 2FA for basic security is the smart and professional choice.

Keep an eye out for upcoming innovations from IntelePeer and Marketplace. More apps and updates will help your business quickly add unifying features to your digital communications.
