UCaaS Product Manager

About the Position

IntelePeer’s Atmosphere platform helps our customer build powerful interactions across multiple communications channels that improve business from all angles. However, many IntelePeer customers use our Atmosphere CPaaS platform to enable voice calling and text messaging in their UCaaS and workstream collaboration systems. We work with partners and technology vendors to provide easy integration with workstream collaboration tools. IntelePeer is looking for an experienced individual to further develop and refine our go forward strategy in the UCaaS market, develop a plan that allows our current customers to grow/upgrade their current UCaaS solutions with IntelePeer.

Position Responsibilities

  • Create and execute current/future UCaaS connectivity and partnership strategy
  • Create a go to market plan for new UCaaS offerings with IntelePeer
  • Ensure Pricing/Product fit with our other product offeringsWork with sales, partners, & others to identify potential features/differentiators for our UCaaS Offerings
  • Identify & grow relationships with strategic UCaaS and Workstream Collaboration partners
  • Identify the development needs & requirements to achieve the UCaaS plan
  • Manage our current offerings & partnerships with key UCaaS players.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers across the business to identify opportunities to grow this segment into our other business marketsWork with the development & engineering team to write requirements for new features, bug fixes, and guide the evolution of the product
  • Collaborate with our Legal team to ensure customer contracts are up to date and protect IntelePeer & customer interests
  • Team with finance to ensure proper billing and invoicing processes
  • Develop a product roadmap for future feature enhancements
  • Join with Operations to manage & update customer support model as needed

    • 3-5 years of experience with the UCaaS market and voice communications
    • Understanding of the UCaaS marketplace, competitors
    • Understanding of the go to market strategies for UCaaS voice service providers
    • Understanding/Experience with SIP communications
    • Understanding/Experience with SaaS based offerings
    • International voice experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree
