About the position

The Graphic/Digital Designer will create compelling visuals and interactive online content that engage our target audiences to generate business growth and increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for producing content that aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing strategy, as well as creating digital advertising, digital content, emails, and landing pages for B2B markets. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative and able to apply intense focus to a variety of design projects. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content. In this role, organizational and technical skills are key, and all candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of design software programs.  They will also be brand ambassador and champion the brand every day.

Position responsibilities

  • Design and produce online content, including email templates, social media, promotional artwork, eBooks, lead gen campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets
  • Design marketing collateral materials as needed to support marketing, channel and product marketing teams
  • Present design ideas to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, while also meeting usability and website standards
  • Work with necessary teams to oversee smooth implementation of new content
  • Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
  • Manage all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time and to a high standard
  • Own the creation and delivery of world-class results
  • Work with external agencies as needed for branding campaigns


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field

    Expertise & experience

    • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing digital design role
    • Expert knowledge of design software programs such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Ability to clearly present design ideas/concepts for campaigns and projects
    • Diverse portfolio that demonstrates expertise and showcases creativity
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and message integrity across department audiences and channels
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where new projects develop quickly
    • A team player with excellent time management skills and strong sense of personal accountability
