REPORTS TO:  Director, HR

Position responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting a range of business-critical positions, including sales, marketing, product/solution, engineers and finance roles
  • Collaborates with hiring managers on all matters of recruitment strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent and build a diverse workforce that supports the core values of the company
  • Performs job posting, sourcing, screening, qualifying applicants, pre-employment assessments, networking, and reference checks
  • Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via social media, job postings, employee referrals, and career fairs 
  • Other duties as assigned

    Expertise & experience

    • 3+ years of recruiting experience preferably in a fast-paced SaaS company 
    • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, sales and negotiation skills
    • Experience in developing social media sourcing and branding strategies to attract top candidates and build a diverse talent pool
    • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases, e.g., LinkedIn
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems
    • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
    • Intermediate level – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
